God entrusts each of us with something.

Gifts. Resources. Opportunity. Influence. Relationships. A body. Time. And an assignment.

The objective isn't simply to acquire more.

BUILD THE BODY CAPABLE OF CARRYING THE ASSIGNMENT.

Your calling may be spiritual.

But you're carrying it around in a physical body.

For years entrepreneurs have celebrated sacrificing their bodies on the altar of business.

I don't believe that's sustainable leadership.

Health creates capacity.

Energy matters.
Sleep matters.
Metabolic health matters.
Strength matters.
Hormones matter.
Nutrition matters.
Recovery matters.
Longevity matters.

Not because we're trying to live forever.

Because we want the physical capacity to fully live while we're here.

DOMINION STARTS WITH STEWARDSHIP.

Genesis introduces humanity with both opportunity and responsibility:

Be fruitful.
Multiply.
Fill the earth.
Subdue it.
Have dominion.

Biblical dominion doesn’t mean controlling people.

It means taking responsibility for what God places under our stewardship.

Before I try to lead others—

Can I lead myself?

My thoughts? My emotions? My appetites? My body? My finances? My time? My words? My decisions?

Dominion isn't about becoming your own king.

MY STORY

I STARTED WITH $673.

I FOUND SOMETHING MORE VALUABLE THAN SUCCESS.

My entrepreneurial journey began with $673 in my bank account and no real roadmap for where it would lead.

What I did have was curiosity.

Why do people buy?
Why do some businesses grow while others stall?
What makes people move?
How do leaders influence?
How do ideas become companies?

That obsession led me into sales, marketing, entrepreneurship, leadership, and the creation of multiple businesses that have collectively generated hundreds of millions of dollars.

For a long time, I thought building the business was the assignment.

Eventually, I realized business was the vehicle.

The deeper assignment was stewardship.

Steward the gifts. Steward the opportunity. Steward the people. Steward the influence. Steward the health. Steward the resources.

And ultimately use all of it in service of something greater than yourself.
